Job Title:
Technical Project Manager {NC} 4 openings
Location:
Durham, NC - Remote but will have to go into office 1 or 2 times a month (PEOPLE
FROM THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA WILL BE LOOKED AT FIRST
)
Duration:
17 months contract
Hourly Pay:
Up to $58.85/Hr M-F 8-5 but able to be flexible an hour or two either way.
Location:
Remote/Onsite Address At least two people need to be in the NC triangle (4 openings) •

3rd party candidates (C2C) and only USC/Green Card holders are eligible to apply Project details: State Health Plan Industry experience: Healthcare, health plan, payer, insurance, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration experience Experience & Scope 5 - 8 years of project management experience Led large-scale, complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams Demonstrated ownership of project integration across workstreams Experience leading high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure Leadership (Critical) Evidence of leading, driving, influencing, aligning, and resolving issues Demonstrates ownership and accountability, not just project administration Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and create structure Progressive increase in scope, complexity, and responsibility throughout career Stakeholder Management (Mandatory) Strong stakeholder management skills clearly demonstrated Experience working directly with Directors, VPs, and Executive leadership Proven ability to influence decisions and manage competing priorities Strong communication and executive presence Cross-Functional Leadership (Mandatory) Evidence of managing work across both IT and business organizations: IT / Technology Operations Legal / Compliance / Risk Customer Service / Call Center Finance Training / Organizational Readiness Other Business Functions Nice to have
