Position Overview Ambilabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional research and development efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong scientific background who has successfully guided products from development through commercialization and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage R D projects from concept through development, validation, and commercialization Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, scientific research, manufacturing, and external partners Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Identifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and support product deployment Oversee product testing, validation, and documentation processes Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and quality requirements Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support project execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field) Proven experience managing technical or R D projects Demonstrated success bringing products from development through commercialization Strong understanding of scientific instrumentation or environmental sensing technologies Experience with particulate measurement or aerosol science preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required Compensation & Benefits Ambilabs offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Generous paid time off (3 weeks PTO) Gym membership Travel bonuses Company credit card for business travel expenses Why Join Ambilabs ?
