Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops initiative plans for multiple projects.
- Orchestrates the project's evolution through to the project's completion.
- Promotes transparent communication and collaboration within the agile team and with senior leadership.
- Facilitates effective cross-functional collaboration and integration.
- Guides the development team to create and follow a delivery plan.
- Manages and monitors project scope, progress, timelines, financials and resource capacity.
- Identifies roadblocks and addresses issues promptly.
- Ensures timely risk management and resolution of impediments.
- Works with other areas to manage dependencies.
- Manages variances to plan and develops contingency plans to bring the initiative back into alignment.
- Prepares initiative level Executive Status Reports (ESR).
- Serve as an agile coach and facilitator for Scrum teams, guiding them on principles and values to support self-organization, continuous learning, and improvement.
- Interpret agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and communicate key performance indicators and monitor team progress.
- Design and develop tools and processes to evaluate adherence to Scrum principles and optimize team workflows.
- Monitor progress and analyze team productivity, velocity, and quality data to generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop and execute stakeholder communication strategies to gather feedback and incorporate it into process enhancements.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with agile best practices.
- Implement knowledge-sharing systems (e.g., wikis, documentation platforms) to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Educate team members, stakeholders, and Product Owners on agile values, principles, and practices to foster an agile mindset.
- Facilitates partnerships and delivery with external suppliers.

- 7-10 years of project management experience
- 5-7 years of experience in an Agile environment
- 2-4 years of Jira experience required
- Experience with designing Jira workflows & configurations of a Jira product
- PMP and at least one Agile certification
- Healthcare experience required, Medicare preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Product background a plus
- Experience with automating business processes and using AI is a plus
