About the Opportunity A growing technology-driven organization is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of software, data, and platform initiatives across the enterprise. This is an on-site position in Spartanburg, SC. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business operations, product development, and delivery management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving complex initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders. This is a highly visible leadership position that partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that directly impact the organization's growth and operational success. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of software, data, platform, and technology initiatives. Own program plans, delivery roadmaps, project execution, and stakeholder communication for key business initiatives. Partner directly with business leaders to define requirements, clarify priorities, establish success metrics, and align expectations. Drive delivery across software engineering, data engineering, and product teams while managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. Facilitate sprint planning, iteration planning, cross-functional coordination, and delivery governance activities. Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks across multiple initiatives. Establish and improve delivery processes, documentation standards, governance frameworks, and post-implementation reviews. Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and progress updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead and develop a small team of technical professionals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with vendors, business leaders, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technology project management, program management, technical delivery, or related leadership roles. Experience delivering complex software, platform, cloud, data, API, integration, or enterprise technology initiatives. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and delivery management frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology initiatives and execution plans. Experience supporting technical teams without requiring day-to-day hands-on engineering responsibilities. Preferred experience within financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries. Experience with cloud platforms, modern data environments, and enterprise technology ecosystems is a plus. PMP, CSM, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred but not required.
