THE ROLE
The Technical Delivery Operations Lead is accountable for coordinating and delivering projects and software releases from initiation through deployment. This role oversees delivery operations, supports code‑management activities, administers delivery tools, and coordinates cross‑department efforts to ensure projects and releases are prepared, tracked, and delivered successfully. The position serves as a central coordination point between Products, Managed Hosting, Professional Services, and Compliance to keep work moving efficiently, identify dependencies early, and ensure releases and special projects are delivered consistently and in alignment with organizational standards, including effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients during key delivery efforts.
STRATEGIC WORK
Contribute to the success of the department and company by supporting reliable, repeatable project and release delivery practices that promote clear planning, structured execution, and consistent follow‑through. This role helps maintain visibility into work in progress, aligns teams around delivery expectations, reduces delivery risk, improves technical readiness, and ensures transparency and accountability across teams.
TACTICAL WORK
Coordinate end to end delivery of projects and releases, ensuring work progresses from intake through deployment and post-delivery activities. Create and maintain delivery and release schedules, coordinating timelines and handoffs across Products, Managed Hosting, and Professional Services teams. Coordinate team members and stakeholders to ensure release readiness, tracking dependencies, risks, and outstanding deliverables. Execute assigned code management duties, including reviewing repositories, validating branch readiness, and identifying potential code or dependency issues prior to release. Analyze code and file structures to identify missing, conflicting, or high risk dependencies that could impact delivery or deployment. Support packaging and preparation of release artifacts in coordination with deployment teams. Administer and maintain delivery, SCM, and release related tools, including access management, updates, documentation, and day to day operational support. Manage tool licensing, renewals, user access, and vendor coordination to ensure continuity, compliance, and effective usage. Research and evaluate new or improved tools that enhance delivery efficiency, traceability, and reliability; provide recommendations as appropriate. Maintain working knowledge of Jira to support delivery execution, including keeping work items, releases, and dependencies accurate and up to date. Support Product Manager by tracking delivery progress, surfacing risks and blockers, and assisting with execution of delivery plans. Coordinate fulfillment and deployment activities, including submitting and tracking deployment requests and ensuring readiness criteria are met. Support compliance and audit activities by gathering, organizing, and maintaining delivery and release related documentation and evidence in an audit ready state. Coordinate response to delivery or release related escalations by communicating status, aligning teams, and tracking issues through resolution. Communicate delivery status, risks, and coordination details with clients during special project delivery, upgrades, or high‑impact releases as needed. Maintain and improve delivery, release, and operations documentation to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
Experience/Education Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders during special projects, high‑priority deliveries, or release activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate delivery status, dependencies, and risks into clear internal and external communications.
