- The Senior Manager, Application & Modality Storytelling will lead the development of science-forward narratives that connect Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biosciences Division portfolio to high-priority applications, modalities, workflows, and customer challenges in life sciences research.
- Location
- This is an onsite role based in one of the following locations: Carlsbad, CA; Austin, TX; Grand Island, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; Rockford, IL; Waltham, MA. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Build application- and modality-based storytelling frameworks that connect customer needs, scientific trends, workflow challenges, and Thermo Fisher capabilities across multiple business units.
- Keys to Success
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline required.
- Experience
- + 5+ years of experience in life sciences marketing, scientific communications, portfolio marketing, content strategy, campaign strategy, or a related role within life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, biopharma, or scientific products.
- Preferred
- + Advanced degree in a life science discipline or equivalent experience.
- Key Success Measures
- + Scalable storytelling frameworks adopted by business units and marketing teams.
- Leadership Profile
- The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, cross-functional connector, and scientifically curious marketer who can operate comfortably in ambiguity.

- Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.
