Job Description
Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction, governance, and optimization of the enterprise applications ecosystem, including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll systems, and related business applications. Serve as the primary liaison between Technology and business functional system owners, including HRIS, Financial Systems, Payroll, and Commercial Operations teams, to align application strategies with organizational priorities. Partner with functional subject matter experts and product owners to develop and maintain application roadmaps that balance business requirements, technical capabilities, risk considerations, and long-term scalability. Provide enterprise-level oversight of application integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, data quality, and process continuity across platforms. Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and standards that promote consistency, security, compliance, and effective lifecycle management across enterprise applications. Facilitate cross-functional prioritization of enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives to maximize business value and resource utilization. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate new capabilities, technologies, and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Coordinate major system releases, upgrades, and implementation activities in partnership with functional platform owners and external vendors. Serve as an escalation point for complex application issues requiring cross-system analysis, stakeholder alignment, or vendor engagement. Define and oversee enterprise application security standards, access governance processes, and data management practices in collaboration with functional administrators and technology teams. Ensure enterprise applications support audit, compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements through appropriate controls, documentation, and governance practices. Lead relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, including contract oversight, licensing strategy, and performance management. Monitor application performance, adoption, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve system effectiveness and return on investment. Provide leadership to internal resources, consultants, and cross-functional project teams supporting enterprise application initiatives. All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
