Technical Project Manager

Join our team as a Technical Project Manager and lead the creation of a Center of Excellence for Managed Service Provider Excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape governance standards and training programs within a global technology solutions organization. Responsibilities Define and implement the purpose, scope, and governance structure for the Managed Service Provider Excellence Center of Excellence. Develop and establish standards and processes for teams and vendors to follow. Create and deliver training programs and materials to ensure consistent understanding of governance and operational expectations. Conduct assessments of the current governance ecosystem to identify gaps and develop improvement roadmaps. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project delivery within defined scope and timelines. Skills Extensive experience in consulting or enterprise roles focused on CoE design and operation. Proven ability to develop actionable governance standards and training materials for multi-provider managed services. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with experience in delivering training to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills and a track record of effective stakeholder management. Preferred Skills Experience with ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications. Background in technology services environments and capability development programs. Ability to produce practical and user-friendly documentation and standards.
