12 months contract role Job Summary Lead AI/ML-driven transformation of 5G RAN, Cloud RAN, and O-RAN networks, driving large-scale automation and cloud-native telecom modernization in a Tier-1 environment. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of 5G, Cloud RAN, and network automation programs across global teams Drive AI/ML use cases for RAN optimization (energy, beam prediction, closed-loop control) Enable LLM-based interfaces for network operations and automation Define program roadmap, KPIs, governance, and execution strategy Oversee cloud-native, containerized RAN (CU/DU) and O-RAN integration (xApps/rApps, SMO) Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, product, and operations teams Manage stakeholders, vendors, and executive communication Ensure delivery excellence, risk management, and process optimization Required Experience 12 18+ years in telecom, wireless, or cloud infrastructure Experience in 5G or large-scale network transformation programs Tier-1 telecom or equivalent exposure Technical Skills 5G RAN, Cloud
