Dallas, TX Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Research Change management Driver's License Full Job Description Responsibilities Defines complex project plans including scope, budget, and schedule, and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices. Validates, and may help develop, business cases with Customers, as well as develops a project charter. Drives Teams and Customers toward decisions. Builds partnerships to collaborate and uses influence without authority to gather Customer and business requirements and communicate effectively with all project Teams and Support groups. Drives testing and acceptance of project results. Partners with resource managers, Business Partners, and vendors to assemble a project Team and provide ongoing motivation to drive projects to completion. Leads and facilitates project meetings and presentations to Leadership. Establishes cross functional alliances within and outside of the Technology Department to drive results. Proactively communicates with Stakeholders, Sponsors and Project Teams to maintain project alignment. Continually assesses project needs and resources to complete projects on time and within budget. Engages and initiates change leadership to ensure project acceptance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Job Specifications Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or Business, or equivalent combination of training and experience. PMP certification or equivalent work experience as a Project Manager. 3+ years work experience in Project Management. Knowledge of issues/risk management and project change requests.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Additional Employment Requirements Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen). Must have a valid driver's license. Physical/Mental/Visual Demands Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking and lifting to perform assigned tasks. Must be able to safely conduct occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions Activities occur in a typical office environment; some activities may be conducted in warehouse.

Laptop computer, cell phone, fax machine, copier, and desk phone.

Systems:
