• + SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification. + Experience with Clienture DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!. + Experience leading distributed global teams. + Experience working with offshore development teams. + Airline, travel, or customer-facing digital product experience. + Technical background in software engineering or architecture.
• Education:
• + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum Qualifications:
• + 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment + Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholder + Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency + Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
• Preferred Qualifications:
• + 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment + Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization + Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills + Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery + Participation in scaled agile frameworks
