full-time This role focuses on enhancing the processes and technology within the Manufacturing value stream. As a Business Solutions Manager, you will collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive business transformation initiatives. You will serve as a technical champion, engaging in cross-functional projects that align with strategic goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain, and enhance processes and technology for the Manufacturing value stream, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Establish and align key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes and identify optimization opportunities. Serve as a technical champion for transformation, functioning as a solution architect for end-to-end processes. Engage with stakeholders to define technical process requirements and oversee process governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP techno-functional support, and/or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP PP/Manufacturing modules. Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP PP, MM, MRP, Quality Management, and Warehouse solutions. Understanding of systems and toolsets relevant to the functional area, including Production Orders, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing Execution.
