Technical Project Manager (3 Days in OFFICE)

What You Will Own Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical and cross-functional projects, from scoping and planning through execution and closeout, with clear ownership of timelines, milestones, and outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations leaders to define scope, resource needs, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across active and upcoming initiatives. Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, sprint tracking, and executive-level status reporting that leadership can rely on for decisions. Identify risks, blockers, and dependency gaps early and drive accountability across teams to resolve them before they impact delivery. Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, sprint reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings with structured agendas and clear follow-through. Translate technical execution into business-facing updates that give leadership accurate, timely visibility into progress and risk. Own the accuracy and completeness of PMO reporting, including program health, completion status, and delivery metrics across active initiatives. Identify and implement PMO process improvements that reduce friction, improve reporting accuracy, and increase delivery velocity as the organization scales. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. 5+ years of project management experience delivering technical, systems, or cross-functional business initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record managing projects that span engineering, product, integrations, or software implementation teams. Strong command of project planning and delivery tooling, including Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accurate, reliable reporting that leadership trusts. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions at multiple levels. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, surface risks early, and drive teams to resolution without direct authority. Comfortable operating in environments where processes are still maturing and priorities shift as the business grows. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industry environments. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery models and how engineering teams work within sprint-based cycles. Experience supporting AI-enabled delivery workflows or working alongside engineering teams using AI tooling. PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile, or Scrum certification. Experience supporting PMO functions in high-growth or PE-backed organizations.
