IT PROJECT MANAGER - ERP & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Purpose The Project Manager- ERP & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide technology and operational transformation initiatives that drive scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Diamond C. This role will oversee complex, cross-functional programs with a primary focus on ERP implementation, systems integration, manufacturing technologies, business process optimization, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This leader will partner closely with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives aligned with Diamond C's long-term vision and operational goals. The Project Manager will lead large-scale projects ranging from ERP deployments and systems modernization efforts to manufacturing process improvements and facility expansion initiatives. This individual will establish and drive enterprise project management standards while ensuring successful execution of programs from strategic planning through post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong technical project leadership, ERP implementation expertise, manufacturing systems knowledge, organizational change management capabilities, and operational business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead teams through transformational change. Responsibilities Lead enterprise ERP implementation initiatives, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, user adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities. Direct cross-functional digital transformation programs involving ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, business intelligence, automation, and enterprise systems integration platforms. Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Diamond C Project Management Office (PMO) standards, governance models, reporting structures, project methodologies, templates, and best practices. Develop and maintain enterprise technology and operational roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments, operational initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts. Lead multidisciplinary project teams across IT, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and support functions. Ensure successful alignment between business processes and enterprise system capabilities while identifying opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization. Oversee vendor relationships, implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party consultants to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and budgets are achieved. Manage project budgets, capital expenditures, resource planning, implementation schedules, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. Maintain executive-level visibility into project health, milestone achievement, organizational readiness, and implementation risks. Champion change management initiatives to support user adoption, communication planning, training development, and long-term operational success. Establish KPI reporting and performance metrics to measure implementation success, operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and business impact. Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize enterprise system performance and user experience. Ensure enterprise technology solutions support scalability, cybersecurity, operational continuity, manufacturing efficiency, and long-term business growth. Drive collaboration across departments while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Champion effective project management and digital transformation standards throughout the Diamond C organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise technology, ERP, digital transformation, or operational systems initiatives within manufacturing or industrial environments. Minimum 3 years of Project or Program Management leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading full lifecycle ERP implementations and enterprise systems deployments. Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operations systems integration. Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimization, and organizational change management. Hands-on leader with proven success building scalable processes, governance structures, and cross-functional implementation strategies. Exceptional communicator with experience collaborating across departments, leadership teams, vendors, and implementation partners. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Experience with enterprise reporting, KPI development, operational analytics, and performance metrics. Proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes, and tools. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies preferred. Project Management Institute (PMI/PMP) certification strongly preferred. ERP platform experience preferred, including Epicor ERP, DELMIAWorks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, or equivalent enterprise manufacturing systems. Experience supporting ERP integrations with MES, WMS, PLM, CRM, EDI, and business intelligence platforms preferred. Preferred Experience Enterprise ERP migrations or multi-site ERP implementations Epicor ERP implementation, optimization, or upgrade experience strongly preferred DELMIAWorks (formerly IQMS) implementation or manufacturing systems experience preferred Manufacturing systems modernization and digital transformation initiatives Systems integration and enterprise architecture collaboration Business intelligence and operational analytics initiatives Production planning, scheduling, and supply chain systems Change management and organizational transformation leadership Large-scale operational technology deployments Experience working in discrete manufacturing or industrial production environments Large-scale facility engineering or production line technology implementations Physical Demands Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout extended workdays in both office and manufacturing environments. Ability to navigate manufacturing facilities while maintaining awareness around moving equipment and operational hazards.
