Software Applications & Integrations Manager Position Summary The Software Applications & Integrations Manager will serve as the technical owner and architect of Dynamic Access's core operational systems, with a primary focus on our EMR platform (AlayaCare). This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing system workflows that support clinical operations, nurse activity, and billing processes across a multi-state organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems builder who can translate operational needs into scalable configurations, automations, and integrations across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Own and administer AlayaCare (EMR) as the system of record, including workflow configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancements Design, build, and maintain system-driven workflows supporting clinical operations, patient experience, nurse tracking, and billing processes Translate business and operational requirements into scalable system configurations, automations, and integrations Develop and manage integrations between AlayaCare and other platforms (e.g., payroll, communication tools, reporting systems) Act as the internal technical expert ("super user"), troubleshooting issues and continuously improving system performance and usability Drive system standardization and adoption across regions, including user setup, permissions, and best practices Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems through monitoring and validation processes Partner cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and leadership teams to align system capabilities with business needs Support system implementations, upgrades, and long-term technology roadmap initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in system integrations, EMR/EHR management, business systems, or application management Proven ability to configure and optimize workflows within platforms such as EHR, CRM, ERP, or similar systems Experience building or managing integrations and automations (e.g., APIs, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools) Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions Ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and improve system workflows Experience managing user roles, permissions, and system configurations Healthcare experience and familiarity with EMRs such as AlayaCare, Epic, WellSky, or MatrixCare preferred Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
