Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / PMO Lead for a hybrid contract in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

Lead project governance, planning, and execution across SAP initiatives while managing integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting. Oversee risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation management processes across multiple SAP workstreams. Coordinate activities between functional, technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, quality, and timeline expectations. Standardize PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and project controls while supporting testing, training, deployment, and go-live readiness activities. Facilitate executive-level communications, steering committee updates, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of SAP Project Management experience
• Experience leading large-scale SAP or ERP implementations
• Strong PMO leadership and multi-workstream coordination experience
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, and status reporting
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, technical, and vendor teams
• Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Previous experience supporting public sector or government projects
• Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

implementations or transformations

• Knowledge of SAP functional modules and enterprise integration environments
