We are looking for a highly adaptable, tech-savvy assistant to work directly alongside our Chief Technology Officer at our Provo Office.

The Role:

As the Assistant to the CTO, you won't be doing the same thing twice. Startups require wearing many hats, and your day-to-day will shift based on the immediate needs of the business. You will act as the operational glue for the tech department, whether that means acting as a project manager for our development team, cleaning up our CRM, structuring a database, or assisting with the deployment of new AI automation tools. This is the perfect launchpad for a recent graduate who wants a front-row seat to how a tech-driven startup operates and is eager to get hands-on experience in technical project management and operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Technical Project Management:

Act as the primary liaison between the CTO and our offshore development team in Pakistan. You will help manage task boards, track sprint progress, and ensure clear communication and timely delivery of technical milestones across time zones.

AI Implementation Support:

Assist the CTO in researching, testing, and managing AI agentic workflows and automation tools to streamline our recruitment and internal operations.

Database Management:

Utilize a foundational understanding of databases to organize, update, and maintain internal data integrity.

Report Building:

Pull data from various sources to build clear, actionable reports for the leadership team.

CRM Administration:

Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring pipelines are accurate, data is clean, and workflows are optimized.

Payment & Operations Support:

Oversee basic payment collection processes, ensuring invoices are tracked and followed up on efficiently.

Ad-Hoc Problem Solving:

Tackle unexpected daily operational and technical tasks to free up the CTO's bandwidth.

Who You Are:

A Recent Graduate:

You have a degree in a relevant field (Business, Tech, Information Systems, Operations) or equivalent self-taught technical experience.

A Tech Sponge:

You might not be a senior developer, but you understand the basics of how databases work, you're fascinated by AI, and you learn new software at lightning speed.

An Exceptional Communicator:

You are highly organized and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring remote developers know exactly what needs to be built.
