- Our Akamai Information Technology organization is a team of industry-leading professionals dedicated to owning and driving the innovation of Akamai's Corporate Infrastructure, Applications, Development, Security, and Compliance for our customers and corporate stakeholders Information Technology manages all aspects of the IT Program Lifecycle and the coordination and delivery of key cross-organizational strategic programs •Partner with the best•As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery of programs.

- To be successful in this role you will: + Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field or its equivalent + Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization + Have a sufficient level of technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and accurately and objectively evaluate risks and issues + Have experience working on projects/programs supporting Enterprise Applications + Have experience managing external implementation providers + Demonstrate solid leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication abilities + Have a successful track record of stakeholder management and leading effective communication across senior leadership and technical teams •About us•At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.
