  • The Opportunity:
  • Work under the direction of a USG customer that provides an essential function to National Security.
  • Provide direct support to a wide range of Records and Information Management (RIM) Program functions.
  • Serve as a member of various projects related to RIM.
  • Help develop and deliver training and technical support to ensure that the various customer offices are fully compliant with Federal laws, regulations, directives, and standards as related to information management.
Responsibilities:
  • Function as the main point of contact for RIM support for assigned organizations within the customer agency.
  • Ensuring all customer records are created, maintained, and dispositioned digitally, driving paper out of all processes.
  • Identifying, drafting, and implementing best practices, policies, and requirements.
  • Review, correct, and track customer file plan accuracy.
  • Manage the customer agency's list of trained records custodians.
  • Advise customers on all aspects of the RIM Program.
Qulifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics/Science, Data Management, Computer Science, Data Information Warehousing/Mining or related field or two (2) years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) Records Management practices.
  • Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience working with USG customers.
  • Familiarity with the requirements of handling Personal Identifiable Information.
Desired:
  • Experience with records and information management including archiving and digitization.
  • SharePoint Administrator experience.
  • Share Drive Administrator experience.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
