Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead one of UVA Health's most significant enterprise technology initiatives, helping shape the future experience of clinicians, operational teams, and patients across the health system. As the HIT Program Manager, you will provide program leadership for large-scale healthcare technology initiatives, with a particular focus on strategic Epic transformation efforts. You will operate at the intersection of executive leadership, clinical operations, information technology, and vendor partnerships, ensuring high-impact programs are executed successfully while delivering measurable organizational value.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Experience:
8 years.Licensure:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification is required; PMP certification is required within one year of hire. PMI (PgMP)® preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $93,156.00 - $186,311.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.- Benefits
