Manage project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost control to maximize value. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively to minimize project impact. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and compliance standards. Support benefits realization and schedule management to optimize project outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior managers. Roles and Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and support across all project phases. Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Monitor and control project financials ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial goals are met Implement robust risk and crisis management frameworks to address potential challenges promptly. Oversee project governance structures ensuring accountability transparency and effective decision making. Facilitate benefits management processes to track and realize project value postimplementation. Coordinate schedule management activities to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Act as a principal advisor to senior leadership on project status risks and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Planning Execution Develop comprehensive detailed transition plans and manage end-to-end implementation. Risk Management Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and manage changes in project scop. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between client's internal teams and management providing updates on project status Operational Readiness Ensure new services or processes meet quality standards compliance regulations and are ready for steady state operation. Documentation Training Create and maintain documentation including but not limited to process maps and training materials. Required Skills Qualifications Experience Proven experience in project management specifically in transition migration or change management. Methodologies Strong knowledge of ITIL Agile SDLC or ServiceNow governance. Soft Skills Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills to manage cross functional teams. Technical Skills Proficiency in project management tools eg MS Project Jira.

Variable Compensation:
This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. Benefits Compensation range:
