In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to: Facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather insights Help shape solutions and improve processes Create clear documentation and recommendations Drive alignment and keep initiatives moving forward

Qualifications:

Experience working in a stakeholder-facing project, consulting, or change management role. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize input into clear, actionable deliverables. Comfortable working across teams to drive alignment and progress. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Jira / Confluence. Nice to

Have:

Experience with federal clients or CMS. Background in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace programs. Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives.

Clearance:

Salary Range:

$100K- $120K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
