Job Description :

Manage a team of 20+ IT professionals supporting O&M for on-prem network and related services, while in parallel building a new software stack. Role can be in McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA. Here's what you'll need : 10+ years of experience in a managerial role.

Experience in the following areas:

Demonstrated ability to perform all managerial functions for program including hiring, forecasting, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client management. Leading complex IT projects with 15+ employees. Agile Program Management. Client communication and management. Bonus points if you have : Network Infrastructure and Software Development experience. CISSP, Network+, PMP certifications. IC Customer experience. Security clearance : Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
