SAP FUNCTIONAL SUPER USER/SAP ENGINEER

Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an on-site SAP Functional SME to support our government customer's future SAP supply chain solutions at Fort Lee, VA.

• This position requires daily on-site work with situational telework.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Technical/back-end understanding not necessary, we are looking for an experienced end-user to provide functional support as our client migrates to an

SAP S/4HANA

solution. This role requires experience in one or more SAP retail modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Inventory Management (IM).

• + Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Conduct system testing and validation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches. + Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials. + Assist in training end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. + Work closely with IT and other departments to coordinate system improvements and integrations.

• Required Qualifications:

• + Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 3-7 years of experience in SAP Basis or Systems Engineering roles. + Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably within a retail environment. + Strong understanding of retail operations and processes. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Certifications:

• + SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA or

S/4HANA. + ITIL

Foundation Certification. + Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) - optional but advantageous.
