Director, Project Management
- Domain Delivery Lead At Capital One, we're building a leading information-based technology company.
Role Specific:
- The Bank Tech Technical Program Management and Delivery organization is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Director of Project Management to join the Delivery team.
- What you'll do:
- 1. Lead Domain Reviews & Tech Strategy
- + Drive monthly, tower-centric reviews of asset architecture and outcomes to inform leadership on the Domain's SaaS journey.
- 2. Drive Local Intent & Asset Development
- + Oversee the asset inventory for the tower, defining the strategy and vision for platform development. + Partner with engineering leaders to categorize assets (invest, maintain, deprecate) and compile comprehensive solution roadmaps. + Determine the intersection of initiatives required to progress the domain's technical roadmap, mapping key milestones against available capacity.

Proven background in technology strategy, IT consulting, or enterprise architecture. +SaaS & Product Mindset:
Deep understanding of SaaS operating models, platform development, asset-centric delivery, and cloud-native architectures. +Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, lead executive-level Domain Reviews, and influence senior stakeholders and Accountable Executives. +Holistic Portfolio Management:
Demonstrated ability to look beyond day-to-day project execution to manage overarching domain capacity, identify convergence opportunities, and mitigate cross-initiative risks. +Data-Driven Decision Making:
High proficiency in leveraging analytics and platform health metrics to optimize operations and guide technical investments. + Can work autonomously and knows when to escalate in a timely manner with direct manager and leadership + Confident to champion unpopular ideas even with more senior leaders + Ability to navigate ambiguous situations + Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization + Executive communication skills that can tell the story that will positively drive transformational change + Contributor to continuous improvement of program / portfolio management practicesBasic Qualifications:

$187,300- $213,700 for Director, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
