IT ERP Program Manager (IT26012) TMEIC Corporation United States, Virginia, Roanoke Apr 10, 2026 Job # IT26012 Job Title IT ERP Program Manager Office Location Roanoke, VA preferred Business/Department Information Technology Sales Territory, if applicable General Role Description Manage multiple inter-dependent software deployment projects. Role Accountabilities
- Ensure completion of assigned programs within the defined scope, quality, time, and budget
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate plans and ensure the execution of projects within the programs
- Ensure accurate allocation of resources throughout the program
- Ensure validity and execution of test plans and change promotion procedures
- Conduct needs analysis and formulate options for procurement of internal resources and third party services
- Prioritize change requests and requests for new functionality
- Determine and develop architectural approaches and solutions
- Ensure the information provided for the IT Reference Architecture and the IT Services Catalog is accurate and complete
- Use recognized expertise in tools, IT practices, technology, design standards, and industry best practices to improve overall project quality and IT productivity by proactively sharing this knowledge with associates
- Gather pertinent information from authorized sources to assess project requirements as related to assigned scope of work
- Design, implement, test, deploy and document system configurations, as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, leading a team as necessary
- Identify and define interfaces to other software applications and functions
- Ensure developed software integrates successfully with existing system configurations
- Resolve internal and/or external client issues with the application software, escalating as necessary to appropriate personnel
- Plan and execute productivity enhancements or product deployment projects up to 18 months in duration General Employee Accountabilities
- Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
- Give manager best advice
- Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified
- Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer applications, or related field or equivalent education/experience
- 7 years' experience in software development, systems analysis and business processes
- 2 years' program/project management experience
- Demonstrated success expanding aggregate knowledge and skills of the IT team(s) and sharing knowledge proactively
- Demonstrated success communicating IT technical and business projects resulting in documented agreement with internal and external clients
- Demonstrated success identifying system gaps and emerging technologies that support accuracy, productivity, and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment
- Demonstrated expertise with development methodologies, application tiers and layers, effective coding practices, and web/application servers
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 10%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in computer science or computer applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of
JAVA, J2EE, JSP
- Demonstrated experience in Desktop applications and Automated Regression testing
- Demonstrated experience in ORACLE, PL/SQL, Oracle CRM, Office 365
