Information Technology Project Manager

At the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), we are at the forefront in preventing and detecting terrorist financing, money laundering, and other financial crime. Serve at the nation's financial intelligence unit and protect the United States financial system from criminals and terrorist financiers.

Qualifications:

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your résumé. For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service . Specialized Experience for this position includes:

• Managing IT projects through multiple phases of the lifecycle (e.g., requirements, development, implementation, and operations); AND
• Applying technical knowledge in one or more relevant IT domains (such as customer support services, data/analytics, or cloud/infrastructure environments); AND
• Coordinating with stakeholders and leadership to deliver solutions that meet organizational mission needs. In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Attention to Detail
