Establish and enforce technical delivery practices, quality controls, documentation standards, and governance processes aligned with customer expectations, Halvik delivery standards, and federal compliance requirements. Manage resource allocation and team utilization, ensuring the right technical skills are aligned to the right work at each phase of the program. Support customer adoption through stakeholder engagement, demonstrations, feedback loops, training coordination, and transition planning.
