Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of project management experience leading SDLC implementations and enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating delivery between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end CLM system implementations from requirements through deployment. Gather and document business and functional requirements. Create process flows and workflows using Visio or Lucidchart. Facilitate meetings with legal, business, and technical stakeholders. Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, and delivery activities. Drive stakeholder communication and project governance.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Technical Project Management experience. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 3+ years of experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes or systems. Experience with requirements documentation and workflow design. Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
