Compensation:
$95,000-$110,000 annual gross salary, inclusive of all benefits Apply by: October 4, 2026 We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong business analysis and requirements management skills to support enterprise modernization projects involving customer-facing systems and operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering, documentation, traceability, and change control.
- Manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs in Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and analyze current and future-state processes.
- Support Agile delivery, schedule integration, and cross-functional coordination.
- Coordinate test planning, UAT, defect triage, and operational readiness.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare executive reports and status updates.
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience in IT project delivery and hands-on business analysis.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps requirements management.
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery experience.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and business process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred:
Project management/business analysis certifications and public-sector procurement or RFP experience.
Eligibility and availability:
- Current Washington State residents only.
- U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.
- Available for 40 hours weekly during Pacific business hours.
- Able to attend frequent in-person meetings in Seattle and occasional visits across Puget Sound.
- Available to start October 15, 2026, or shortly thereafter.
