As an IT Project Manager, you'll support Uline's application development and AI-driven initiatives for our North American company. Careers Packed with Potential. Position Responsibilities Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects. Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders. Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs. Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders. Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development. Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar. Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
