Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions Your contribution to the team: A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements.
