Schedule:

9x80 Systems Engineer to support development of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA's) Ground-Based Mid-course Defense (GMD) program on the GWS program

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy software products that support automated test and verification efforts Contribute to software development activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment Partner with product teams to develop technical solutions that support program objectives Support Agile development activities and participate in team execution using collaboration and configuration management tools

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Active Secret Clearance required Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution and 8+ years of experience (Or Master's Degree in 6+ years or PhD and 5+ years) Experience estimating planning and scheduling Algorithm development and Analysis work for a technical team Recent and extensive MATLAB and Python Experience/ proficiency Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and absorb new concepts Proven experience in developing, prototyping and evaluating complex algorithms Extensive background in mathematics or science Must be able to support an in-person/closed-area work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the Missile Defense Agency's Ground Based Mid Course Defense program Advanced degree in Mathematics or Physics Unix/Linux Operating System Experience Experience with planning/scheduling algorithms Experience with sensor modeling, communication modeling, and/or missile modeling Battle Management or Fire Control experience Experienced with Linux, scripting, and operations Full-Time position with an Employee-Owned company offering a comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Short-Term and Long-term Disability, and Life Insurance, FSA, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k) Plan with company match, Tuition and Training Reimbursement, and Incentive Compensation.

Estimated Salary Range:
