Job Description:

Job Description Mobility System Engineer Level II will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the mobile phone and infrastructure solutions to support the organization's user base. The Engineer will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of Mobility services. In office position responsible for Inventory and provisioning of used devices.

• 3 to 5 years' experience aiding in designing, implementing, and managing Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, Mobile Content Management, Mobile Management, Application Wrapping Concepts and BYOD environment.
• Manage the Mobility environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes
• Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities
• After hour and weekend activities possible

Essential Functions:

• Experience with support of enterprise environments including iOS and Android
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support
• Participate in Monthly on-call rotation
• Flexible work rotation Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator MS-102 a Plus
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or equivalent experience a Plus
• VMware AirWatch Associate - Enterprise Mobility or equivalent experience a Plus 3 to 5 years in related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams
• Skilled at mentoring junior team members to grow technical and process knowledge
• PowerShell Scripting and Automation
• Knowledge of iOS, Android - Phones and Tablets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
