We are seeking a Android Developer with extensive experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Android app development using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, and brings strong knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform, OAuth2.0, GCP, and automation tools like Kakao SDK. The role will involve working on large-scale retail applications, driving innovation, accessibility, and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Android applications with a focus on performance, accessibility, and security.
Lead project planning, architecture design, and feature implementation for customer management modules.
Drive migration strategies from legacy Java code to modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose components.
Integrate third-party SDKs, tools, and backend services including REST APIs, OAuth2.0 authentication, and GCP-hosted services.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and testing.
Implement and maintain UI automation test suites using Kakao SDK.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including iOS, backend, and product to align on business requirements and technical strategy.
Guide and mentor junior developers and provide architectural leadership within the Android team.
Monitor and support production environments using tools like Splunk and FullStory.
Champion accessibility features, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards across Android modules.
