Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to help maintain, operate, and repair all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/Refrigeration systems within designated facilities. Our team relies on this position to ensure equipment efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime, all while supporting smooth facility operations and a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building repair, and related grounds or production equipment as assigned. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, delivering reports on conditions that impact satisfactory facility occupancy and operational standards. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all work performed and keep work order statuses up to date in real time.

Required:

Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience covering all aspects of building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration systems. Valid state driver's license and availability for call-in work as required.
