With roots in New York and a recent expansion into South Florida, Powered by DMT sets new standards in real estate sales and marketing, driving significant ROI for development and sales teams for success in the dynamic real estate landscape.Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce print & digital materials including: Fact sheets Brochures Marketing Floor plans Signage Design Custom sales and marketing collateral Prepare print-ready files with precision (layouts, typography, specs, and formatting) Create marketing design assets including: Interactive sales presentations Email & Eblast designs Social Media static and video ads Visual Content Creation Digitally create and curate lifestyle imagery that supports real estate storytelling and brand positioning. Collaborate on visual direction to ensure imagery aligns with target audiences and market positioning. Design organic social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.). Static posts Carousels Reels and short-form video content Edit and format video content for all relevant channels, ensuring platform-specific best practices. Support social media management including scheduling, organization, and content optimization. Strategy & Collaboration Apply strategic thinking to design decisions, understanding how assets support the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion. Collaborate closely with marketing, brokerage, and creative teams to execute cohesive campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while adapting designs for different audiences and channels.Train the design and development teams on how to use these templates efficiently, ensuring adherence to best practices. Stay curious about design trends, social media best practices, and real estate marketing.
Skills:
Proficient in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), After Effects and/or Premiere Well versed with Generative AI tools for content, image & video creation Runway.ai, midjourney, DALL-E, Nano Banana Familiar with MailChimp & Framer Short-form high-impact video editing skillsWho You Are:
