FOS - Graphic/Multimedia Support, DPS

Job Description How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a highly creative Graphic/Multimedia designer to support internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, and digital media projects. This role will be responsible for visual storytelling across a variety of platforms, ensuring that all deliverables uphold DPS brand standards while delivering engaging, high-quality visuals. •

Key Responsibilities:

•+ Develop and design digital and print assets including presentations, infographics, posters, brochures, social media visuals, and email graphics. + Create multimedia elements such as motion graphics, animations, video overlays, and interactive content for corporate communications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts and messaging into engaging visual materials. + Maintain consistency with DPS brand guidelines and visual identity. + Assist in video production tasks, including storyboarding, editing, and basic post-production support. + Support UI/UX initiatives related to dashboards and internal platforms. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. + Organize and maintain digital asset libraries. •This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position.•What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. + 2+ years of professional design experience. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). + Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and multimedia work. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Experience with motion graphics and animation. + Familiarity with UX/UI best practices. + Aviation or corporate communications experience a plus.
