  • Experience using generative AI tools and effective prompting to create original, brand-appropriate imagery and visual concepts.
  • Experience designing long-form reports, charts, infographics, and campaign assets within an established brand system.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, ask focused questions, and convert feedback into accurate revisions.
  • Heightened attention to detail, file organization, version control, and production discipline.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly about status, dependencies, and risks.
  • Collaborative, flexible working style, and comfort partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience supporting financial services, asset management, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with accessibility considerations for digital and document design.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing in Premiere Pro.
  • Experience adapting global creative across regions, audiences, and channels.
