Job Description:

Kwik Goal is currently seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer. This role supports Kwik Goal's marketing efforts by creating engaging visual and video content across digital, social, and event channels. This role is ideal for an early-career creative who is passionate about sports, eager to develop their skills, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, product-driven brand. This position focuses on executing high-quality design and video work while developing a strong understanding of brand consistency, campaign support, and content creation within the soccer industry. Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, the Kwik Goal website, and digital promotions Assist in developing visual assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns Adapt existing creative into multiple formats and sizes Assist with shooting and editing video content (social media, product demos, event highlights) Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style clips, quick edits) Support basic motion graphics and video formatting Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content Prepare and optimize images and graphics for website use Assist with updating visual content on the website Support campaign-related landing page assets Assist in capturing photo and video content at events, tournaments, and activations Help organize and edit content for post-event use Support quick-turn content needs during busy event periods Manage multiple small projects and meet deadlines Organize and maintain digital assets and files Maintain consistency with Kwik Goal brand standards Take feedback and apply revisions effectively

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
• 1•3 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferred • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Experience with Keynote, After Effects, HTML, CSS is preferred • Experience designing for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) • Catalog design • A portfolio that shows an eye for detail, understanding and typography, and aesthetic that aligns with Kwik Goal's Brand • Meticulous and vigilant, with a high level of attention to detail • Strong working knowledge of print production and color separation • Ability to work as part of a team, multi-task and meet deadlines • Positive attitude and keen to learn • Excellent communication skills • Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style, and related aesthetic concepts • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

Pay:

$50,000.00
