Great strategic insight leads to the kind of ideas that make people stop, think, feel, and act. Your Role We're looking for a Designer / Senior Designer who believes and delivers the same. This role is for someone who thinks conceptually and leads with the idea. Then uses intentional design and exceptional visual craft to bring it to life. Someone who can move fluidly from big campaign thinking to the smallest design detail and knows both matter. You'll partner closely with strategists, copywriters, art directors, and producers to concept and execute work that is strategically precise and creatively ambitious. Working across channels like broadcast, print, OOH, digital, social, experiential, and whatever comes next. What You'll Do Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual ideas and creative territories Concept and design bold, integrated campaigns from brief to final execution Develop smart, beautiful, and effective design systems across channels Collaborate with writers, art directors, and creative directors to push ideas further Bring ideas to life through layout, typography, motion, and visual composition Present work internally and to clients with clarity and conviction Push yourself and your craft by staying current with design trends, culture, competition, tools, and technology What You Bring 3-5+ years (Designer) or 5-8+ years (Senior Designer) of design experience within an agency environment A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and conceptual thinking Elevated craft across typography, layout, composition, and visual systems Ability to work across multiple channels and formats Strong range and mix of concept and execution Motion and/or digital design and/or illustration is a plus Comfort presenting and defending creative ideas Curiosity and attention to detail Why BVK We've built our reputation on delivering bold ideas that drive action.
