Hybrid | Atlanta, GA Position Overview We are seeking a highly conceptual Senior Designer or hands-on Art Director to translate complex business strategy, operational frameworks, and technical concepts into compelling visual narratives. This individual will take complex or abstract information and transform it into polished, engaging visual presentations and design systems that communicate a clear story. Responsibilities

+ Translate complex business concepts, market strategies, and operational frameworks into visual narratives.

+ Design executive presentations, strategic decks, infographics, and visual frameworks.

+ Develop creative concepts, visual systems, and storytelling approaches.

+ Partner with strategy, leadership, and subject matter experts to simplify complex information.

+ Establish strong visual hierarchy, clarity, and consistency.

+ Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

+ Deliver presentation-ready and production-ready assets. Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of graphic design, visual communications, presentation design, or art direction experience.

+ Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.

+ Portfolio demonstrating complex information design and strategic presentation work.

+ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint or Google Slides.

+ Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into polished visual deliverables.

+ Experience with enterprise strategy, technology, consulting, or B2B storytelling is a plus.
