GRAPHIC DIGITAL DESIGN SPECIALIST HOURLY POSITION
$22.59/HR DAY Shift - Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays based on business needs PURPOSE :
The Graphic/Digital Design Specialist is responsible for assisting in the creation and production of high-quality visual communications to support marketing, promotions, and brand initiatives for Naskila Casino and designated programs for the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas. This role produces engaging digital and print materials, including advertising, promotional campaigns, event collateral, and property signage, while maintaining brand consistency. The Specialist works under the direction of the Senior Graphic/Digital Designer and marketing leadership team to execute projects on time and to specification. SUPERVISORY SCOPE
: This position directly supervises: Position N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Create digital and print design assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and in-property communications. Assist in designing advertising materials for print, outdoor media, web, and in-house collateral such as posters, invitations, slot toppers, postcards, menus, and rack cards. Apply concepts developed by the Senior Graphic/Digital Designer to multiple campaign pieces while maintaining visual consistency. Assist in designing promotional game boards, event graphics, and interactive marketing materials . Prepare production-ready files for print, digital signage, and online platforms. Adapt and resize creative assets to meet the specifications of multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, web, and digital displays. Maintain an organized archive of digital design assets and completed projects. Provide basic photography or photo editing assistance for marketing materials. Follow direction and feedback from the Senior Graphic/Digital Designer and marketing leadership to deliver projects on schedule. Other duties to be assigned. REQUIREMENTS
: Education and Experience :
Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a combination of digital and print work. Experience producing marketing collateral for campaigns, events, or promotions. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant applications. Experience preparing files for print production and digital platforms. Experience working with brand standards or creative style guides. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and ability to execute projects across multiple platforms. Skills and Abilities :
Solid design and visual communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Ability to follow templates as well as develop original creative solutions. Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Basic understanding of file formats, color modes, and print specifications. Collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Capacity to receive feedback and make revisions quickly and accurately. Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. PREFERRED
: Education and Experience :
Prior experience in casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or resort marketing environments is a plus. Familiarity with digital signage, web graphics, email marketing, and social media design. Basic photo editing, photography, or video editing skills. REQUIRED TRAINING
