- The Network Architecture team is a highly skilled group that works on various technologies to architect, design, build, scale and maintain network infrastructure in support of Akamai's global platform.

- You'll collaborate with the team on designs, standards, new projects and installations.
- Do what you love
- To be successful in this role you will: + Have 12 years relevant experience in complex networks and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent experience + Illustrate expert level experience building and deploying infrastructure, automation tooling and distributed systems that handle large scale network traffic + Demonstrate expert technical knowledge of core routing protocols, including BGP, MPLS, ISIS, and Segment Routing for global traffic engineering + Possess Juniper hardware and software expertise + Demonstrate technical and commercial knowledge of Internet network topology and architecture, IP routing, and CDN platforms + Be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams •About us•At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.
