What You Will Do Provide leadership, management, strategic plan development and organization of resources for Process Automation Engineering and site Industrial Control Systems. Responsible for establishing and enforcing safe practices for all Process Automation (PA) personnel and plant equipment including developing and enforcing all cyber security policies relating to Industrial Control System (ICS's). Sets vision and expectation for site Process Automation team and represents Process Automation in site leadership decision making. Directs site leadership on performance of plant processes through process optimization and instrumentation specifications and initiatives. Responsible for annual expense and capital budgeting for Process Automation services. Establishes policies and best practices for maintaining the integrity of the Process Control Network (PCN) and collaborates with Management Information Services (MIS) to develop and enforce standards and policies.
