Job Description

If you are interested in working with an Agency that effectively delivers housing and other services in the community, has experience in information technology, and can deliver outstanding customer service, then you should submit your application for this opportunity. In this position, you serve as the primary contact for desktop technical issues, provide first-line network and security support across the Agency, operate audio-visual systems for meetings and events, coordinate user account access and licensing throughout the employee lifecycle, maintain the directory, maintain the Agency's Mobile Device Management system, and ensure that Help Desk tickets are responded to in a timely manner. You perform desktop-level repairs such as software installation, upgrades, and reimaging computers, coordinate office moves, maintain and troubleshoot file backups, printers, networking devices, remote internet services, telecommunications, and surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will possess an equivalent combination of an Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related study and two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in network, electronic, or computer maintenance. This position requires possession of a valid California driver's license and the ability to be insurable under the Agency's automobile insurance plan at the standard rate.
