• Deploy, configure, and maintain TMS (transportation management system), WMS (warehouse management system), and YMS (yard management system), optimizing performance and integrating NGL GO mobile applications to corresponding management systems;
• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot TMS, WMS, and YMS;
• Track, maintain, and optimize IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and network devices to ensure proper utilization and compliance;
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, security policies, and system performance;
• Perform regular network monitoring, log analysis, and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime;
• Implement and enforce best security practices, firewall policies, and threat detection mechanisms to safeguard enterprise data;
• Develop and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity;
• Maintain detailed network documentation, IT asset inventory, configurations, and performance reports to support IT audits and planning;
• Must be able to perform the job duties.
