We're looking for a hands-on SAN L3 Engineer to support and administer enterprise storage infrastructure in a high-availability production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex storage issues, optimizing performance, and partnering with server, virtualization, and network teams to keep critical systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be DoingProvide Level 3 support for enterprise SAN and storage environmentsTroubleshoot storage outages, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issuesManage Dell EMC PowerMax, Unity, and Data Domain platformsPerform storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, replication, snapshots, and migrationsSupport VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter integrationsMonitor capacity, utilization, and storage health while identifying optimization opportunitiesPartner with infrastructure, server, network, and application teams to resolve incidentsParticipate in upgrades, patching, change management, and disaster recovery initiativesSupport backup and recovery operations and ensure business continuity readinessMaintain storage documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooksParticipate in on-call support and critical incident response activities
