The Human Services Network Analyst performs complex technical duties within the IT unit of the Human Services Department and is responsible for the administration and management of any combination of the following systems, including Microsoft Office365 and Azure, Palo Alto Network technologies (FW, SD-WAN, Prisma, SASE, ZTNA), enterprise email (Exchange Online, ProofPoint Enterprise), virtual desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop), identity management (Active Directory, Entra ID), and the Cisco network (routing, switching, Wi-Fi). This is a high-level network and systems engineering position responsible for managing and maintaining multiple advanced technologies throughout the Human Services Department. Normally this would include:

Experience:

Three years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining complex multi-site LANs and WANs;

AND Education:

The equivalent to graduation from a two-year college with major coursework in a related field.

License:

Possession of a valid driver's license at the appropriate level including necessary special endorsements, as required by the State of California to perform the essential job functions of the position.
