Project Description Support for network engineering, implementation, and operations across a global enterprise's workplace, factory, and logistics warehouse environments, ensuring compliance with established architecture, security policy, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Staff Network Engineers on design and initiatives Maintain network solutions across workplace, factory, and warehouse sites Serve as Tier-1/2 escalation point Work with manufacturing engineers to gather requirements and propose network solutions Provision, implement, test, and maintain networking services Adhere to change request processes Monitor, analyze, and report on network service metrics Maintain network knowledgebase and operational run-books Occasional weekend/after-hours/holiday availability; ~10% travel Mandatory Skills 4-8 years of experience in mid-to-large global enterprise networking Strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, QoS, VLAN, ACL, NAC, infrastructure cabling Multi-vendor firewall experience: Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper SRX Multi-vendor switching experience: Juniper EX/QFX, Cisco Industrial Ethernet Low voltage CAT6, Fiber, and IT Room layout/environmental experience Circuit carrier troubleshooting experience Familiarity with Protocol Analyzer, Git, Splunk Scripting skills for infrastructure automation and metrics collection Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and analytical/troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal and written communication High degree of professionalism and integrityBenefits
